Not even worthy of one star! Worst service I have ever experienced. Sarah refused to call me back after several attempts to reach her. I spent over $5,000 and the end result does NOT look anything like a $5,000 job. Half of the plants did not survive the first winter. They gave me a credit to replace. The replacement plants have a fungus. I tried to work it out with Gill, the General Manager, he was extremely rude. I was okay with spending a premium because I thought I would get excellent service and quality products. Just because you spend more money doesn't mean anything. I will never step foot in Dundee again. I will be sure to tell my friends and family to do the same.

Recommend.... a fixture n plymouth that is easy to find , just off Highway 55 since I’ve been alive. Good selection, staff are professional, and quality plants. The only bummer, some of the shrubs are expensive compared to some. I tried to negotiate ( request a discount ) better price for a full landscape project 25+ shrubs and they wouldn’t agree to a volume discount.. mot willing to bend 10-15% on a $1500 order which I believe is reasonable. That being said, I do know they have a couple good sales during the summer that I wasn’t aware of. Unfortunately, we ended up getting a better price on quality shrubs at a competitor. I recommend Dundee, however shop around or wait for posted seasonal sales. Lots of choices out there...

We purchased mainly perennials last summer from them. One variety did not survive the winter. In inquiring about replacing them, per what we thought was their policy, as shared by the sales person, we were told that the replacement policy was only for shrubs, not perennials. In asking to speak to the manager, the receptionist returned and simply told me that the manager agreed with her. In other words, the manager could not be bothered with a concerned customer. I did replace the plants with a nursery in the Buffalo area that specifically explained, without me asking, that their guarantee covers all perennials. It is well worth the extra miles--the plants are just as good, the prices are better, and we felt valued as a customer.

We had Dundee do an entire refresh of our landscaping at our home. Sarah Lloyd came in February to meet with us at our home, where she listened and took notes and we were able to share pics of our current landscaping taken in the summer. She made her rounds around our house, taking measurements and making notes. She came back a few weeks later to us with a plan that we reviewed together via Zoom. She hit on all our requests. She was also able to show us what the plants looked liked in bloom on our call. We asked to be added to their schedule which was able to happen in June. So happy we started our plans in Feb. The team of young men led by Alec were fantastic. Such hard workers, and the work was done on some incredibly hot days. In the end, they delivered as planned, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We even had a new front patio installed, and it is providing an additional spot for us to relax but also provides a great first impression to our home. Thank you Dundee Nursery and Landscaping for a job well done from start to finish. 🙌. We are happy customer’s.

Dundee always had a wonderful selection of plants. These last two years the selection has been greatly reduced and plant quality poor. Some of the plants were very overgrown for the size of container they were in like they are left overs from the previous year. I never before had a problem finding the basic annuals and vegetables I needed. But these last two years I needed to go to Lowe's after to get what I couldn't find. The plants at Lowe's were healthier and cheaper.

I’m a complete gardening novice and every time I shop for flowers I have a bunch of questions. At Dundee the employees are always so patient and helpful and their selection is amazing. Most recently Jackie helped me pick several flowers for our front yard and I truly appreciated the time she spent with me. I’ve been to many other garden stores in the area but never get the kind of help I do at Dundee.

We made our way across town early Sunday morning to swap three plants purchased from Dundee last summer that didn’t make it through the winter. Despite both Google hours and their own website store hours reflecting 9:00-5:00 on Sunday's, they weren’t open. We called the nursery to hear their voicemail saying they were closed on Sunday's. This happened last summer as well with their business not following hours posted on Google. I’m willing to pay a premium to support a local business but failing to communicate your hours of operation and thereby wasting your customers weekend is truly frustrating.

I like the local feel of this nursery, but the service is not great. I’ve been in 4 different times for different projects and every time I have to ask for help, and the employees always make it feel like I’m taking them away from other jobs. None of the plants are labeled with info, so it’s really hard to do anything without service. Not worth the premium price. Better off at Lowe’s.
